There are two CBRE brokerage offices servicing Michigan, our main office in Southfield and to better serve Southwest Michigan, a Grand Rapids office.

BrightView operates two landscaping-related business segments: maintenance services and development services. Maintenance services are general landscape maintenance performed by the company's national network of 220 branches and by local service partners. Development services consist of the design, coordination, and installation of landscapes at corporate, athletic, and university complexes. We have been serving BrightView’s extensive landscaping requirements with the use of our fleet of Express Blower trucks.

Macy’s, Inc. is one of the nation’s premier omnichannel fashion retailers. The company comprises three retail brands, Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, and Bluemercury. Macy’s, Inc. is headquartered in New York, New York. AMS Grounds has long been helping Macy’s with snow management and de-icing of their lots. We also deliver and install mulch on their newer branches for aesthetic purposes.

Briarwood Mall is located two miles south of the University of Michigan. It is the major retail hub for the Ann Arbor market. Ann Arbor is a highly educated community, specializing in world-class health care and automotive research and development. Briarwood Mall serves the most diverse community in Michigan, including students and employees from all over the world. AMS Ground has been helping Briarwood Mall with snow removal and mulch installation outside their premises and their lots.

Saint Joseph Mercy Health System is one of the largest health care networks based in southeast Michigan, United States. It consist of five prime hospitals, nine Urgent Care Centers, and five Health Centers spread around metro Detroit, providing health care in six counties that include Livingston, Macomb, Oakland, St. Clair, Washtenaw, and Wayne. AMS Grounds provides snow removal services for the hospital to keep their yard clean and accident-free.

Bridging North America is WDBA’s private-sector partner and is responsible for designing, building, financing, operating, and maintaining the Canadian and US Ports of Entry and the bridge, and designing, building, and financing the Michigan Interchange under a public-private partnership agreement (P3). The state of Michigan will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of the Michigan Interchange. Bridging North America is comprised of ACS Infrastructure, Fluor, and Aecon, which are firms with local experience and knowledge, world-class transportation expertise, and a proven ability to deliver bridge, facility, and highway infrastructure projects. Bridging North America trusts us for trucking and aggregate hauling services across Michigan.

RBV Contracting is an 8(a) and HUBZone-certified construction contractor headquartered in Detroit, Michigan. We specialize in a variety of construction services, including site development, excavation, infrastructure, and a whole lot more. RBV Contracting was established in March of 2011 and was founded with the mission of helping to rebuild Detroit, both through projects and employment. We provide trucking and material hauling services for RBV Contracting in and around Michigan.

The Huron–Clinton Metroparks system is a regional park system in Metro Detroit in the U.S. state of Michigan. The park system includes 13 parks totaling more than 24,000 acres arranged along the Huron River and Clinton River forming a partial ring around the metro area. Plans are in development to finish the ring by building hike/bike trails to connect all the parks as a green belt. The parks draw about 7.5 million visitors a year, down from a peak of 10 million in 2009. The park system is primarily tax-funded with a $50 million annual budget. The system provides employment for 200 full-time and part-time employees year-round and 1,000 additional summer workers. The rivers are prime fishing and canoeing streams with Delhi Metropark including short rapids, which while runnable, is the only point other than dams on either stream normally portaged. We provide mulching and blower truck services to help keep the Huron Clinton Metroparks clean and safe.

Ann Arbor Public Schools serves the city of Ann Arbor, Michigan and parts of eight surrounding townships covering 125 square miles. The district operates 20 elementary schools, 2 K-8 schools, 6 middle schools, 4 comprehensive high schools, 1 alternative high school, 3 preschools and 1 adult education program; the district maintains 640 acres of real estate and 3,300,000 square feet of building space. The Ann Arbor Public Schools is the 8th largest school district among 555 districts in Michigan. The district is one of the best in Michigan, and it has a statewide reputation for academic excellence. The Allen Park Public Schools is comprised of three elementary schools, one middle school, one high school, and one alternative high school. The District responds to a community need for early childhood education and child care to meet the needs of working parents by providing before- and after-school child care (latchkey), a preschool program, extended care, and summer day camp. Students who require special services are given individual instruction and attention through guidance and counseling programs, school social worker assistance, summer school and homebound, speech and language services, 504 plans, and other special education services. The Lansing Public School District is the urban public school district covering 52 square miles including the city of Lansing, Michigan, part of the city of East Lansing, and parts of the townships of Delta, DeWitt, Lansing, and Watertown. It has specialty schools for Chinese Immersion, International Baccalaureate, STEM, STEAM, and other categories. We provide blower truck and mulch installation services for the Lansing Public School District across Michigan.

Whitmore Lake Public Schools was established in the year 1944. The schools were located just outside downtown Whitmore Lake, Michigan. Originally, the High School, Middle School, and Elementary School were built on the same land. Due to a few different aspects, one of which being the growth in the population of students, the district had to rebuild the Elementary School in 1991 and later, the High School in 2006. Whitmore Lake Public Schools is currently a School of Choice, meaning that to attend school at Whitmore Lake, it is not necessary to live within the boundaries of Whitmore Lake Public School District. Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport is a major international airport in the United States covering 4,850 acres in Romulus, Michigan.
